CSL Report Upload

Upload the CSL `.xlsx` or `.xls` report. The system will extract the required columns, group by `Declarant Naam`, create missing client profiles, and merge new declarations into existing profiles.

Quick tips

Use the original CSL headers exactly as provided.
Large files are supported; keep the browser tab open until upload finishes.
Uploading again will merge new rows into existing clients.
